Through an extensive phase of diligence and discovery, we learned that the company had traditional values that were
based on a time-honored history of excellence and uncompromising ethical standard. However, the firm also applied
a progressive approach to banking, the economy and finance. This dichotomy could be seen in the contrast between
the methodology and careful precision of the firm's research unit, and the high energy of its trading floor in New York.
We worked collaboratively to leverage the company's positioning statement, "The Power of Focus" and develop the
resulting brand identity system. The design rationale was inspired by the confluence of modern and traditional values
which are the foundation and quintessential nature of the company, and a clear differentiator. We created the visual
system, usage standards and template tools. Based on the success of that partnership, IridiumGroup was hired to
develop a new global website, and 4 companion sites for the firm's specialized investment companies.
