Dwayne founded IridiumGroup in 1995 and brings 27 years of experience in marketing and communications to the firm. Having begun work as a Creative Director, he built IridiumGroup into a renowned boutique agency by successfully managing branding initiatives and developing creative marketing ideas for a broad range of clients. He now serves as a brand steward for every client, ensuring that all goals are achieved, on every engagement. An AIGA and AMA member, Dwayne has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Virginia Tech.

Yi Son Ko

Yi Son creates and directs IridiumGroup's most innovative design solutions. She started at IridiumGroup after relocating from Seoul, Korea, where she was employed at Hyundai Corporation. Prior to that, she spent several years in the UK working for Sears Davies Designers, Merrill Lynch, Dar Al Handasah, Heath Lambert Group, Sport England and Imperial College. She has extensive experience leading the creative development of identities, and has worked on brands ranging from Hilton Hotels to LG Electronics. Yi Son received her MA in Communication Design from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Kelly joins IridiumGroup bringing her expertise in strategy and communications to the design and branding firm. She has held a variety of positions both in the non-profit and private sector areas, where she developed integrated marketing, community engagement and fundraising campaigns. Kelly works directly with clients to access needs, frame messages and create and execute strategic initiatives to expand brand identity and positioning. She received her B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University.

Dana joins IridiumGroup with extensive experience in a broad range of creative services for clients such as CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Mack-Cali, Reuters, Hess Energy Marketing, and CNBC, among others. Dana has led the development of comprehensive corporate identity systems and creatively executed all forms of marketing and brand identity products from strategic literature to interactive tools. Her skills range from project management and conceptual development to design and copywriting. She has been honored with multiple awards within the design industry and is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design.

Eamon joins IridiumGroup after several years of working independently as a new media and interactive designer/developer for various agencies. Prior to his work as a freelancer, Eamon was an interactive designer at MartinoFlynn and Buck & Pulleyn working with clients such as Kodak, the Buffalo Bills, Harris Communications and PerkinElmer. Eamon is responsible for creating, designing and managing IridiumGroup’s interactive media solutions. Eamon received his BFA in New Media Design & Imaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Abby joined IridiumGroup in 2004 and has over 14 years of experience in both the editorial and advertising industries with an emphasis on print production. As project coordinator and senior designer, Abby manages the execution of all client-approved files. Abby has led many of the initiatives for our global corporate clients and collaborated on brands like Freedom2, UNFCU, and Simons Foundation. Before Iridium, Abby has also worked as Production Manager for Jeff McKay, Inc., and Assistant to the Creative Director for Essence Magazine. He graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Since joining IridiumGroup in 2003, Janese has served as a project manager and finance manager. She currently serves as general operations manager of the firm and leads a team in marketing and new business development for IridiumGroup. Prior to joining the firm, she managed financial operations for Interior Transformations, Communication Mastery and Tapehouse Editorial. She has founded and managed a successful online accessories company and is also a coach in the Landmark Education Self Expression and Leadership Program. She attended Baruch College and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Ginie joined IridiumGroup after years of experience in both marketing and advertising. She had a variety of positions in the fields, including developing marketing strategies at The New York Times, research and product development at Snackable Media, and analyses of advertising metric reports at EyeWonder. At IridiumGroup, Ginie leads several projects, including social media marketing, business development, and copy-editing. She received her BS in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University.

Graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Sculpture. Shifting from fine art to digital art after University, in 1994 opened a small graphic design business which in 1998 became lucidCircus, a web technology-focused design firm based in Philadelphia. Recognizing the slow growth of the new media industry in Philadelphia, In 1995 Ezra joined together with a group of visionary new media professionals to found the Philadelphia Area New Media Association (PANMA). LucidCircus now has an office in Pennsylvania, two in the Czech Republic and one in the Ukraine. Major clients include AOL, MTV, Absolut, DirecTV, HBO, Deloitte, Google and Budweiser.

As a leader of Web Development team, Max Liberman oversees all web development work done in the organization and ensures that the best technical solutions are implemented in the process. He participates in brainstorming sessions from the beginning of project lifecycle and provides valuable insight and directions helping the company solve some of the most complicated issues. Max has many years of experience working for interactive agencies and has worked on projects for companies such as Campbell’s, Pepperidge Farm, Frito-Lay, GSK, Dupont, Comcast, and Sony Classics. His work was nominated and won prestigious web awards such as Webby and Flash Forward.

Frank McGill, Founding Partner, has served in senior publishing, editorial, marketing, and media management positions, founded two national magazines, was Publisher and CEO of a national consumer magazine, and was a principal in a cable television start-up. Since founding McGill + Partners, he has developed innovative, effective strategic communications and branding solutions for many of the country’s leading associations and non-profit organizations. Mr. McGill is a graduate of Villanova University.

His tenure at McGill + Partners has included strategic and communications consulting to a variety of leading association, non-profit, and commercial enterprises.
